Habits. They say humans are creatures of habit as opposed to instinct-driven animal kingdom (for better or worse). How we create and change habits throughout life is a highly researched topic, from labs to corporate HR, yet the conclusion I reached while studying various written sources is consistent.

Start small. Keep going. No sudden jumps, no ice baths.

This is valid across the board - writing, exercise, debt payments, kindness, relationships, creative, sales etc.

Consistency builds up into habits and habits define our lives. Pay attention to what you pay attention/do.
