Get the right people on the bus


It’s March 2019. While prepping for a new job (actually my first ever corporate job) as a Learning Specialist, I was doing an extensive research to learn more about the Digital Transformation of HR and Learning and Development Teams as impacted by current technology trends. I was disappointed by the fact that only 4% of Fortune 500 HR teams see themselves as active players within digital transformation of their company, hiding behind administrative tasks or giving priority to CIOs to draft the transition.

At the same time, there are great examples of companies that lead the way to a “workforce of the future“ and platforms where you can find amazing learning resources, such as LinkedIn Learning and Degreed.
