ChangeThis: Future proof

Welcome to the age of “educated“ short attention spans. Rarely can we enjoy a full movie or read a book without stopping to check the phone, in search for a diversity/dopamine shot. This behaviour is cultivated from 10 second videos to serious education apps ike LinkedIn Learning, which recently integrated 15 min Blinkist book summaries.

There is one platform which does it differently, and was online way before mobile apps - The platform was created in 2004, inspired by Seth Godin and build by a divers group of awesome people. The key idea? ChangeThis creates short book manifestos, which help translate the keys ideas into a short, nicely formatted PDF you can read for free. If you like it you can get the book from your store of choice.

P.S. As you future-proof your career, avoid collecting personal life regrets.

“I wish I hadn’t worked so hard… I wish I’d had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me… I wish I’d had the courage to express my feelings… I wish I had stayed in touch with my friends… I wish that I had let myself be happier.” - Bronnie Ware’s book “Top five regrets of the dying”
