If you are one of those entrepreneurs who treat their company like raising a baby and back it up by great values, passion and an honest "change the world / industry" ambition (versus the scenario of raising a unicorn and selling out) you should read this book. It's a great collection of stories and insights on putting quality and culture first.
I first heard of this book on Tim Ferris show (Podcast), as it happened with many other books on my kindle list. This discovery occurred at a time when we were struggling to keep qodemo.com alive and were looking for funding. Now, I am way more skeptical, or rational, about external funding, while focusing more on people, integrity, and the overall company culture.
